The BA (Communication and Journalism) prepares students to work in news media and in corporate and government communication. It is an NQF level 7 degree of 400 credits (SAQA ID 112543), taught full-time at the Pretoria and Paarl campuses.

Students build practical skills in reporting, writing, editing and producing media, as well as in planning communication for organisations, such as internal, crisis and social media communication.
