- Year 1: front office management, rooms division management, business management, basic accounting, hospitality marketing and financial management for hospitality.
- Year 2: small business management, lodging and accommodation operations, hospitality law, human resource management, and reservations and rooms division management, while marketing, front office and finance modules continue.
- Year 3: strategic management, an introduction to research, training and development, strategic marketing and systems, organisational behaviour, hospitality operations and risk management, and operational management.
Work-integrated learning runs through all three years, with placements in areas such as rooms division and food and beverage management.
Graduates are ready for supervisory and management-track roles, or to run their own hospitality venture.
